February Core Challenge

We all know that January is the month we all start trying to get active again.  We tighten up our diets, some of us go alcohol-free and the gym is suddenly busy again.  So to continue this determination in February can be a challenge.  I’ve set up a February Core Challenge to keep us all motivated and working on strengthening the abdominals, back and glutes over the next 28 days! Pictures and videos of the exercise will appear on Facebook and Instagram so keep an eye out if you need help!
