Sports massage is an effective therapy for treating tension and stress within the muscles and soft tissue.  Massage can be beneficial both physically and psychologically, and can be tailored specifically to the individual.

Through different massage and stretching techniques this treatment can be extremely useful for treating minor soft tissue injuries, preventing injuries and working out day-to-day muscle tension and stress.

I completed my Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy qualification in 2014 and since then having been working with a range of clients.  Sports massage can be beneficial pre- and post-event, to compliment exercise training and to treat postural problems brought on by lifestyle.

This treatment can be used independently or in conjunction with personal training.
