Personal training should be just that, personal.  Whatever your goal is, we will work together to make your training specific to you and your goals.

Working 1 on 1, in a quiet private studio, I can support you in developing the approach to fitness training which suits you. There are never any queues for equipment and you don’t need to feel self-conscious, it’s all about you.  We also have the option of working outside, whether that’s outdoor gym-style sessions or running sessions.

After every session you will be provided with a training programme with session plans to follow when training on your own.  I may suggest you join a local gym to work on your plan out with our sessions; but only when that is the right thing for you.

I have training in exercise referral, giving me a greater understanding on how to tailor exercise programs specifically to your health situation.  If you have a health condition then it is essential that you talk to your GP or specialist doctor about what degree of exercise is appropriate for you and then I will be able to work with you on a personal plan to improve your fitness.

Before you sign up we will organise to meet to discuss your training goals and exercise history.  This consultation will also include a short taster session to introduce you to the basics of training.
