Pilates is a whole body practice that focuses on developing the 6 core principles of movement: Concentration, Control, Breath, Centering, Precision and Flow.

The method combines the development of both physical strength and control as well as mental resilience and focus. This makes Pilates an excellent form of training for building core strength and stability, joint mobility and healthy movement within the body.

I offer 1:1 Mat Pilates sessions where the focus is entirely on you. We will build on the classical 34 exercises within the Pilates method, drawing focus to the areas that you want to develop.
